Dopper is a Dutch social enterprise founded in 2009, with a clear mission: to reduce plastic pollution by promoting the use of reusable water bottles and tap water instead of single-use plastic. The company wants to learn more together about water, pollution, ánd recycling, which is why they were eager to visit.
We kicked off the visit at Beachclub NU in Biddinghuizen, where we hosted a presentation about Van Werven and our plastic recycling process, with plenty of room for questions and discussion. Together with around 30 colleagues - including CEO Virginia Yanquilevich - we then travelled to our plastic recycling facility in Biddinghuizen for a tour.
